Abstract
Study area Sof Mountain is located for a way 32. km in west of Gaziantep. According to the grid system, study area is located in C6 and Irano- Turanien phytogeoraphic area. In this study, 44 geophyt taxa in 25 genera and 9 families were determined. Eight taxa of determined plants are endemic. These are; Arum balansanum R. Mill., Crocus cancellatus Herbert subsp. cancellatus, Crocus biflorus Miller subsp. isauricus Siehe ex Bowles Mathew, Crocus biflorus Miller subsp. pseudonubigena Mathew, Iris sari Schott ex Baker, Corydalis henrikii Lide, Tulipa sintenisii Baker, Ornithogalum alpigeum Stapf.’dır

Sof Dağı, Gaziantep’in 32 km. batısında yer almaktadır. C6 karesinde bulunan alanı iran-turan fitocografik bölgesi içerisinde bulunmaktadır.
