New species for nematoda fauna of the Türkiye belonging to Tylenchidae (Tylenchida:Nematoda) family and taxonomic properties of <em>Malenchus bryophilus </em>(Steiner, 1924) Andrassy, 1980.

Abstract

In this study, 8 soil and plant samples taken from tobacco (Nicotiana sp.) fields in Yakakent, Bafra (Samsun) and Gerze (Sinop) in July-1998 were examined. From these samples, the plant parasitic nematodes were extracted, prepared and the ones belonging to Tylenchidae (Tylenchida:Nematoda) family were measured and identified. So, totally three new species for nematod fauna of the Turkey, Aglenchus agricola (de Man, 1884) Meyl, 1961, A.muktii Phukan and Sanwal, 1980 and Neopsilenchus peshawarensis Shahina and Maqbool, 1994 were determined.Identifications, synonyms, possible variations, distribution of them in the areas of study, habitats, literature records, morphological and morphometric characteristics are given. In addition, taxonomic characteristics of Malenchus bryophilus (Steiner, 1924) Andrassy, 1980 which were determined before took place in this research.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Temmuz-1998'de Yakakent, Bafra (Samsun) ve Gerze (Sinop) ilçelerindeki tütün (Nicotiana sp.) ekiliş alanlarından alınan 8 adet toprak örneği incelenmiştir. Alınan örneklerden elde edilen bitki paraziti nematodlardan Tylenchidae(Tylenchida:Nematoda) familyasına ait türlerin daimi preparatları hazırlanarak, ölçüm ve teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Tylenchidae familyasına ait Aglenchus agricola (de Man, 1884) Meyl, 1961, A.muktii Phukan and Sanwal, 1980 ve Neopsilenchus peshawarensis Shahina and Maqbool, 1994 olmak üzere toplam üç yeni tür saptanmıştır. Bu türlerin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri, görülen varyasyonlar, çalışma kapsamına giren alanlardaki yayılışı, literatürde kayıtlı yayılışı ve habitatları verilmiştir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada daha önce saptanan Malenchus bryophilus (Steiner, 1924) Andrassy, 1980'un taksonomik özelliklerine de yer verilmiştir.
