Abstract
Bu çalışmada Ağustos-1991'de Kızılcahamam(Ankara) ve Nisan-1997'de Gönen(Balıkesir) ilçelerindeki çeltik(Oryza sativa L.) ekiliş alanlarından alınan 20 adet toprak örneği incelenmiştir. Alınan örneklerden elde edilen bitki paraziti nematodlardan Tylenchidae(Tylenchida:Nematoda) familyasına ait türlerin teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bu familyaya ait Tylenchus ritai Siddiqi, 1963, Coslenchus diversus Lal and Khan, 1987 ve C.multigyrus Siddiqi, 1981 olmak üzere Türkiye nematod faunası için 3 yeni tür tespit edilmiştir. Saptanan türlerin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri, sinonimleri, görülen varyasyonlar, çalışma kapsamına giren alanlardaki yayılışı, literatürde kayıtlı yayılışı ve habitatları verilmiştir.
Three new species nematoda fauna of the Türkiye belongs to Tylenchidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) family
Abstract
In this study, 20 soil samples taken from rice(Oryza sativa L.) planted fields in Kızılcahamam(Ankara) in August-1991 and Gönen(Balıkesir) in April-1997 were examined. From these samples, the plant parasitic nematodes were extracted, prepared and the ones belonging to Tylenchidae(Tylenchida:Nematoda) family were measured and identified. With this, totally three new species for nematod fauna of the Türkiye, Tylenchus ritai Siddiqi, 1963, Coslenchus diversus Lal and Khan, 1987 and C.multigyrus Siddiqi, 1981 were determined.Identifications, synonyms, possible variations, distribution of them in the areas of study, habitats, literature records, morphological and morphometric characteristics are given.
