Abstract

The effects of Melia azedarach L. extracts obtained with acetone, ethanole and methanole were investigated on development larvae of Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say. The results was determined for all the methods at larvae stage that duration of larvae and pupae periods have been prolonged, high mortality at larvae and pupae stages have been obtained, malformed individuals came out, number of individuals from pupae were decreased and the number of eggs laid by the healthy females of the treated pupae decreased.

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Melia azedarach L.'ın aseton, etanol ve metanolle elde edilmiş ekstraktlarının çeşitli yöntemler kullanılarak Patates böceği (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say) larvalarının gelişimine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Patates böceği'nin larvalarına çeşitli yöntemler uygulanarak ekstraktların etkisi araştırılmıştır. Besine uygulama, bireyi daldırma ve topikal aplikasyon yöntemlerinde 30-35 mg ağırlığındaki (3.dönem) larvalar kullanılmıştır.
