Abstract

The studies were carried out in 1991-1994, in İzmir (Bornova), Denizli (Çivril, Tavas) and Uşak (Sivaslı). It was determined that Opius monilicornis Fischer was parasitised the larvae of Liriomyza cicerina (Rond). The 50 leaves infected by L.cicerina larvae were collected and cultured in order to determine whether the larvae were parasitised. The parasitism was found out by the proportioned adults of parasitoids to the total individuals in the same culture. As a result of this study, O.monilicornis was found in May and June in chickpea fields. It was determined that L.cicerina was parasitised between 0-23,91% in 1991-1993, in İzmir (Bornova); average 0-29,82% in 1991, in Denizli (Çivril, Tavas); average 0-28,33%, in 1992-1994, in Uşak (Sivaslı). The study was accomplished that the parasitoid can be effected L.cicerina larvae population in May and June when L.cicerina larva population density is high.

Ege Bölgesi'nde Nohut yapraksineği[<em>Liriomyza cicerina </em>(Rond.)]'nin larva-pupa parazitoiti olan <em>Opius monilicornis </em>Fischer (Hym.:Braconidae)'in parazitleme oranının belirlenmesi üzerinde çalışmalar.

Abstract

Çalışmalar 1991-1994 yıllarında İzmir (Bornova), Denizli (Çivril, Tavas) ve Uşak (Sivaslı)'da yürütülmüştür. Kültüre alınan Nohut yapraksineği [Liriomyza cicerina (Rond.)] larvalarının Opius monilicornis Fischer tarafından parazitlendiği saptanmıştır. Nohut yapraksineği larvalarında parazitlenme oranını belirlemek amacı ile her hafta toplanan larva ile bulaşık 50 yaprak kültüre alınmış, parazitoit ergin çıkışı tamamlanıncaya kadar bekletilmiştir. Aynı kültürdeki ergin parazitoit sayısı toplam larva sayısına oranlanarak larvalardaki parazitlenme oranları bulunmuştur.
