Plumbago europaea L.’nın Besi Yeri Ortamındaki Saccharomyces cerevisiae Gelişimi Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; Plumbago europea’nın maya kültüründeki antioksidan etkileri araştırıldı. Malondialdehit (MDA) seviyesi, glutatyon, total protein ve süperoksit dismütaz (SOD) düzeylerinin değişebildiği gözlendi. Kültür ortamında bitkinin MDA ve total protein seviyesini Fenton reaktifi (FR) grubuna kıyasla yükselttiği ve glutatyon miktarını koruduğu belirlendi. Sodyum dodesil sülfatlı-Poliakrilamit jel elektroforezi (SDS-Page) analizinde ise SOD ve katalaz (CAT) miktarının FR grubuna kıyasla azaldığı tespit edildi.
