Ardışık Kesikli Reaktör ve Ardışık Kesikli Biyofilm Reaktörde Birlikte Nitrifikasyon Denitrifikasyona C/N Oranının Etkisinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ardışık kesikli reaktör (AKR) ve ardışık kesikli biyofilm reaktörün (AKBR) birlikte nitrifikasyon denitrifikasyon (BND) performansına farklı C/N oranlarının (5, 10 ve 15) etkisi karşılaştırılmıştır. Her iki reaktörde % 90’nın üzerinde KOİ giderme verimleri elde edilmiş olup, KOİ giderimi farklı C/N oranlarından etkilenmemiştir. Farklı C/N oranlarının reaktörlerin NH4+-N giderme verimine etkisi az olmasına karşın TN giderme verimine etkisinin daha büyük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Her iki reaktörde C/N oranı arttıkça TN giderme verimi ve birlikte nitrifikasyon denitrifikasyon verimi artmıştır. AKBR’de birlikte nitrifikasyon denitrifikasyon verimi AKR’den daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuçlar, her iki reaktörde farklı C/N oranlarının etkisinin aynı olduğunu ve AKBR’de daha yüksek azot giderimi ile daha etkili birlikte nitrifikasyon denitrifikasyonun elde edildiğini göstermiştir.

Abstract

In this study, the effect of different carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratios (5, 10 and 15) on simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) and sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) was compared. The COD removal efficiencies in both reactor were above 90 % suggesting that it was irrespective of C/N ratios. The C/N ratios has little effect on NH4+-N removal, while they had greater effect on the removal of TN. The TN removal efficiency and simultaneous nitrification denitrification efficiency in both reactors increased with increases in C/N ratios. The simultaneous nitrification denitrification efficiency inSBBR is higher than SBR. The results showed that the effect of different carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratios in both reactors was similar and SBBR had higher nitrogen removal and simultaneous nitrification denitrification
