Abstract

Apoptozis ya da programlı hücre ölümü sağlıklı çok hücreli organizmada meydana gelen fizyolojik bir olgudur. Bu olgu, temel tıp bilimlerinde anlaşılması güç birçok olayın açıklanmasında kullanılmıştır. Hücre ölümüne sebep olan temel faktörlerden birinin serbest radikaller olduğu bilinmektedir. Aynı zamanda hücrelerin genetik kodunu taşıyan nükleik asitlere (DNA) de etkisi vardır. Ana hücreden gelen mesaj uzun süreli olarak okunamadığında, hücrelerin genetik kodları değişir ve ölebilirler. Aşırı hücre ölümü erken yaşlanmaya yol açar. Bozulan apoptozis sonucunda pek çok hastalığın ortaya çıkabileceği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

Apoptosis, or programmed cell death is a physiological process occuring in the healthy multicellular organism. This process is used to explain many of the events which difficult to understand in basic basic medical sciences. It’ known that free radicals are one of main factors causing cell death. They affects also nucleic acids (DNA) which reserve genetic code of cells. If the message coming from main cells cannot be read, the genetic code of cells change and they can die. Excessive cell death lead to early aging. It is determined that many diseases can appear as a result of disordered apoptosis
