Antibiyotiklerin Kaynakları Ve Çevresel Etkileri

Abstract

Antibiyotikler ilaç fabrikaları, evler, hastaneler, sağlık ocakları ve kümes ve çiftlik hayvanlarından kaynaklanabilir. Canlılar tarafından alınan antibiyotikler canlı metabolizmasında ya hiç değişmeden yada çok az dönüştürülmüş halde metabolizmadan atılır. Atılan antibiyotik kalıntıları klasik atıksu arıtma tesislerinde arıtılamaz ve doğrudan alıcı ortama girer. Alıcı ortamda antibiyotik kalıntılarının düşük konsantrasyonları mikroorganizma direncine, yüksek konsantrasyonlarda toksik etkilere neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle antibiyotik kalıntılarını içeren atıksuların arıtılması gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede, antibiyotiklerin kaynakları ve çevresel etkileri açıklanmıştır.
