YOZGAT BOZOK ÜNİVERSİTESİ’NDE ENDOSKOPİK TAŞ CERRAHİSİ DENEYİMİMİZ Our Endoscopic Stone Surgery Experience at Yozgat Bozok University
Abstract
Amaç: Yozgat Bozok Üniversitesi’nde endoürolojik taş tedavisindeki deneyimimizi sunmak. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya 2014-2019 yılları arasında kliniğimizde fleksible üreterorenoskopi ile taş tedavisi uygulanan 392 hasta dâhil edildi. Taşlar 200 μm Holmium lazer probu ile toz haline getirildiler. Hastalara ait demografik veriler, taş boyutu, dansitesi ve hacmi, taşın opasitesi, operasyon süresi, giriş kılıfı kullanımı, taşsızlık oranı verileri kayıt altına alındı. Tanımlayıcı analizler yapıldı. Bulgular: Tüm grupta taş hacmi ortalaması da 634,87±779,2 ml idi. Operasyon sürelerimizin ortalaması 41,86±22,1 dk. olarak raporlandı. Ameliyat sonrasında 76 hastada (%19,4) rezidü taş vardı. Sonuç: Yozgat Bozok Üniversitesi Üroloji kliniği olarak endoskopik taş tedavisinde her geçen gün kendimizi geliştirmekte ve başarılı tedavi oranlarımızı arttırmaktayız. Materials and Methods: Three hundred and ninety-two (392) patients who underwent endourologic stone surgery using flexible ureterorenoscopy, were included into the study in our clinic between 2014 and 2019. The stones were pulverized using 200 μm Holmium laser. Demographic data of the patients, stone size and density and volume and opacity, the operation time, access sheath usage, stone free rates were recorded. Descriptive analysis were performed. Results: Overall stone volume was 634.87±779.2 ml. Operation time mean was 41.86±22.1. There were residual stone fragments only in 76 patients (19.4%). Conclusion: As Yozgat Bozok University Urology clinic, we have been increasing our experience on endoscopic stone surgery and increasing successful treatment rates, day by day.
