Bozok Medical Journal

Bozok Medical Journal (Bozok Tıp Dergisi) (ISSN: 2146-4006, e-ISSN: 2148-2438) is the periodic, peer-reviewed, open access, official scientific publication of Bozok University Faculty of Medicine. Our journal, which started its publication life in 2011, is published free of charge and with open access to the public; and starting from the 1st issue of the year 2026, the CC-BY 4.0 license has been included for all published articles. It is published four times a year, in March, June, September, and December, in Turkish or English.

In the Bozok Medical Journal, experimental and clinical original research articles, invited reviews, case reports, and letters to the editor in fields related to medical sciences (basic, internal, and surgical) are published. Publications are evaluated by at least two reviewers in a double-blind manner in terms of original information, ideas, and presentation.

Bozok Medical Journal is an open access journal, meaning that articles can be accessed free of charge in accordance with the BOAI's open access definition.

It adopts the standards of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The articles published in this journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
