BRONKOSKOPİK YOLLA TEDAVİ EDİLEN ENDOBRONŞİAL HAMARTOM OLGUSU: OLGU SUNUMU Endobronchial Hamartoma Case Treated with Bronchial Procedure: Case Report
Abstract
Akciğerin nadir görülen benign tümörlerinden olan hamartomlar intraparankimal veya endobronşial
yerleşim gösterirler. İntraparankimal olan hamaratomlar asemptomatik oldukları sürece
radyolojik olarak takip edilirken, daha çok semptomatik olan endobronşial hamartomların eksizyonu
gerekir. Girişimsel bronkoskopik uygulamalar bu hastalarda tedavi seçeneklerinden biridir.
Burada sol ana bronşa yerleşim gösteren ve rijit bronkoskopi ile tedavi edilen bir hamartom
olgusu sunulacaktır.

ABSTRACT
Hamartomas which rare benign tumors of lung are located in intraparenchymal or
endobronchial. While intraparenchymal hamartomas are recognized radiologically as long
as they are asymptomatic, endobronchial hamartomas which are more symptomatic must
be excised. Interventional bronchoscopy application is one of the treatment option in these
patients. Here, a hamartoma case that it is located in the left main bronchus and treated with
rigid bronchoscopy will be presented.
