MÜLTECİLER SORUNU, GERİ KABUL ANTLAŞMASI VE TÜRKİYE-AB VİZE PAZARLIĞI

Abstract

Günümüzde hem Avrupa Birliği hem de Türkiye tarihlerinin en büyük mülteci akınına tanıklık etmektedir. AB ve Türkiye birlikte düzensiz göç kriziyle başa çıkmada ve göçmen kaçakçılığıyla mücadele etmede birlikte çaba harcamaktadırlar.Bu çalışma, Suriye Krizi’yle birlikte şiddetlenen Türkiye üzerinden Avrupa Birliği üyelerine yönelik yasadışı göçle mücadeleyi açıklamayı amaçlamakta ve bu kapsamda Türkiye’yle AB arasındaki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşlarına uygulanan vizelerin kaldırılması karşılığında imzalanan geri kabul antlaşmasına ek olarak, 2016 yılının sonundan itibaren vizesiz seyahat hakkı verilmesi konularında devam eden pazarlıklara odaklanılacaktır.

REFUGEE ISSUE, READMISSION AGREEMENT AND VISA BARGAINING BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EU

Abstract

Nowadays, both European Union and Turkey witness the greatest influx of refugees in their history. EU and Turkey struggle to cope with the Irregular Migration Crisis and fight migrant smuggling together. This study aims to explain cope with illegal migration from many countries to members of the European Union. In this context, It also focuses readmission agreement which signed by Turkey and the European Union and visa liberalisation that the European Union will apply to Turkish citizens, in addition, it further focus on ongoing negotiations on visa liberalization which will apply to Turkish citizens to by end of the 2016
