A Comparative Analysis of The Natural Features of Poland and Belarus

Abstract

Similarities and differences of the natural features of Poland and Belarus are determined in the article. Both Poland and Belarus have access to the Baltic Sea influences the climate of the territory and other natural components. Plain relief and well-developed drainage network are typical for both countries. Just like Poland, Belarus has a moderate climate influenced by both maritime and continental elements. But the countries differ in the peculiarities of flora and fauna.

Ülkeler Coğrafyası Dersleri İçin, Polonya ve Belarus’un Doğal Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Polonya ve Beyaz Rusya'nın doğal özelliklerinin benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları vurgulanmıştır. Baltık Denizi'ne açık bir bölge olması hem Polonya’nın hem de Belarus’un iklimi ve diğer doğal özellikleri üzeride etkili bir faktördür. Sade ve düz yer şekillerinin yanı sıra gelişmiş bir drenaj ağı her iki ülke için de karakteristik birer özelliktir. Tıpkı Polonya gibi Beyaz Rusya'nın da deniz ve karasal etmenlerden etkilenen ılıman bir iklimi vardır. Bu iki ülkenin doğal özellikleri içerisinde en önemli fark, farflora ve faunalarındaki farklılıktır.
