Endometrium Kanserinde Myometrial İnvazyon Derinliğinin Magnetik Rezonans Görüntüleme ile Değerlendirilmesi

Year 2019, Volume: 3 Issue: 2, 106 - 110, 29.08.2019
https://doi.org/10.34084/bshr.596475

Abstract

Amaç: Endometrium kanseri (EK)
tanısı almış hastalarda, ameliyat öncesi myometrial invazyon (Mİ)’nun saptanmasında
magnetik rezonans  görüntülemenin  ( MRG) değerinin araştırılması amaçlandı.

Yöntem: Endometrium kanseri tanısı
alan hastalardan ameliyat öncesi MR görüntüleme yapılanlar çalışmaya dahil
edildi. Hastaların görüntüleme bilgileri, operasyon bilgileri, patoloji
sonuçları dosyalarından alınarak kaydedildi. MRG raporlarında myometrial
invazyon durumları ile ameliyat sonrası patolojik incelemede tespit edilen
myometrial invazyon durumları karşılaştırılarak MRG’nin endometrium kanserinde
myometrial invazyon varlığını tahmin etmedeki rolü değerlendirildi.

Bulgular:
Ameliyat öncesi MR ile görüntüleme yapılan 302 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi.
Hastaların yaşları 29 -90 arasında olup, ortalama 59.5+-10.7 bulundu. Bu
hastalar endometrial biyopsi yapılarak endometrium kanseri tanısı almıştı. MR

izlendi.

Evaluation Of Myometrial Invasion Depth With Magnetic Rezonans Imaging In Endometrium Cancer

Year 2019, Volume: 3 Issue: 2, 106 - 110, 29.08.2019

Abstract

Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the value of
magnetic resonans imaging (MRI) for detecting preoperative myometrial invasion
(Ml) in endometrial (EC) cancer patients.

Material
and Methods:

Among EC patients with preoperative MRI were included in this study. The data
of patients were recorded from their files. MRI reports and MI status in final
pathological examination after surgery were compared. The predicting value of
MRI for MI presence was evaluated.

Results:
Totally, 302 patients who
were obtained preoperative MRI enrolled into the study. The age of the patients
were between 29-90, mean 59.5±10,7. The EC was diagnosed by endometial biopsy.
The sensitivity, specifity and diagnostic accuracy of MRI assessment of MI were
78.43%, 93.23% and 81.12%, respectively.

Conclusion:
The assessment of the MI
presence in EC patients by preoperative MRI is a valuable method.
