PLC KONTROLLÜ SÜT KARIŞTIRMA MAKİNESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Delta PLC kontrollü süt karıştırma makinesi yapılmıştır. Delta PLC tarafından kontrol edilen sütün doldurulması bölümü, karıştırma bölümü ve sütün boşaltılması bölümü gibi üç bölüm bulunmaktadır. İşlemin mekanik kısmı mekanik tasarım ve montaj işleminden, elektrik kısmı ise elektrik tesisatı ve programlamadan oluşur. Delta PLC teorisinin yazılımı, gerekli hedefleri yerine getirmek için iyi bir sonuç gösterecek olan donanımın elektrik ve mekanik aktüatörlerini içerir [1].
