The aim of the İzmir Bakırçay University Faculty of Law Journal is to promote the sharing and accessibility of qualified and original research in the fields of private and public law, thereby contributing to the field of law through the publication of studies offering recommendations and approaches to resolving both traditional and contemporary, including technological, legal issues.
The İzmir Bakırçay University Faculty of Law Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year, in July and December. It features articles, book reviews, case analyses, legislative evaluations, and translations in the fields of private law and public law.
