Öz
Kur’an-ı Kerim’de itikat esaslarının tesis edilmesinden sonra, sosyal hayatın tamamını kapsayacak bir şekilde adaletin yaygınlaştırılması istenmiştir. Bunun tesis edilip, herhangi bir hukukî mağduriyetinin yaşanmaması için ayetlerde önemine binaen adalet kavramı yetmiş altı defa yer almıştır. Bundan dolayı adalet, mülkün temeli kabul edilmiş ve bütün zaman ve mekânlarda külli bir kaide ve evrensel bir ilke olarak hukuk sistemlerinin tamamına yakınında yer almıştır. Buna zulüm ve haksızlık yapmaktan kaçınma ile ilgili ayetler de eklenince, söz konusu sayı daha da artmaktadır. Bunların bir kısmında kişisel planda adil olma, bir kısmında adaletle hükmetme, diğer bir kısmında da adaletli bir şekilde muamelede bulunma emredilmiştir. Dolayısıyla vazgeçilip bir başkasına devredilmesi arzulanmayan bu hususların, sosyal hayata uygulanması çeşitli biçimlerde teşvik edilmiş bulunmaktadır. Naslarda yer alan bu uyarı ve irşatların dikkate alınması, hayatın tamamında kendini hissettirmiş ve özellikle de hukuk sisteminde daha net bir şekilde ön plana çıkarak ilkeli dinamik bir yapının oluşmasına katkı sağlamıştır. Bu sayede ferdin kişi ve toplum ile olan münasebetleri, kısır çekişmelere yer vermeyecek bir şekilde hakkaniyet ve adalet merkezli bir anlayış üzerine temellendirilmiştir. Bu da sosyal adaletin hayata hâkim kılınmasını vazgeçilmez bir unsur hâline getirmiştir. Bundan dolayı çeşitli ayetlerde, bütün bu hususların evrensel adalet ilkeleri bağlamında vazgeçilmez bir unsur olduğu belirtilmiş; düne olduğu kadar, bugüne ve yarınlara da mesajlarıyla ışık tutmuştur. Bu durumun kıyamete kadarda da devam edeceği, bizzat Yüce Allah tarafından teminat altına alınmıştır.

Abstract
After the establishment of the principles of faith in the Holy Quran, it was desired to spread justice to cover the entire social life. In order to establish this and prevent any legal victimization, the concept of justice is mentioned seventy-six times in the verses, due to its importance. For this reason, justice has been accepted as the basis of property and has been included in almost all legal systems as a universal rule and a universal principle in all times and places. When the verses about avoiding cruelty and injustice are added, the number in question increases even more. In some of them, it is commanded to be fair on a personal level, in some of them, it is commanded to rule justly, and in others it is commanded to treat fairly. Therefore, the application of these issues, which are not desired to be given up and transferred to someone else, to social life has been encouraged in various ways. Taking these warnings and guidance in the Nass into consideration has made itself felt throughout life and has contributed to the formation of a principled and dynamic structure, especially by coming to the fore more clearly in the legal system. In this way, the individual's relations with the individual and the society are based on an understanding centered on fairness and justice, without giving room for vicious conflicts. This has made the domination of social justice in life an indispensable element. Therefore, it is stated in various verses that all these issues are indispensable elements in the context of universal justice principles; He shed light on yesterday, today and tomorrow with his messages. It has been guaranteed by Almighty Allah Himself that this situation will continue until the end of time.
