Özet
İnsanoğlu varoluş tarihinden itibaren birçok istenmedik, ani, yaşamını derinden etkileyen sarsan olaylarla karşı karşıya gelmiştir. Bu olayların neler olduğuna bakılırsa deprem, sel gibi doğal olaylar; savaşlar, kazalar gibi insan eliyle gerçekleşen durumlar olduğu görülür. Bu olağanüstü olaylar arasında salgın hastalıklar da yer almaktadır. Dünyayı etkileyen salgın hastalıkların geçmişinin 1500 yıl öncesine dayandığı görülmektedir. Yaşanan olağan üstü durumlar kriz olarak adlandırılmakta ve krize bağlı bireyler travmatik yaşantılar geçirmektedir. Günümüzde de Coronavirüs Salgını (COVID-19) yaşanmaktadır. Her ne kadar Dünya’da daha önce de salgın hastalıklar yaşansa da günümüzdeki salgına insanoğlunun hazırlıksız yakalandığı görülmektedir. COVID-19 Salgınının tüm ülkeleri ve her yaş grubundan da insanı derinden etkilediği görülmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile COVİD 19’ a bağlı yaşanan salgın sürecinde yetişkinlerin yaşadıkları zorluklar, güçlükler ve tepkilerin neler oldukları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada yetişkinlerin yaşanılan COVID-19 krizine karşı verdiği tepkilerinin neler olduğu ve olabileceğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden döküman analizi yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Çalışmada yetişkinlerin özellikle ruhsal açıdan olumsuz etkilendikleri ve salgına karşı farklı tepkilerde bulundukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yetişkinlere, ebeveynlere ve araştırmacılara gerekli öneriler sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Human beings have faced many undesired, sudden, shocking events that deeply affect their lives since their existence. Considering what these events are, natural events such as earthquakes and floods; wars and accidents made by human intervention are generally seen. Epidemics are also considered to as these kinds of extraordinariy events. The history of epidemic diseases affecting the world goes back 1500 years. Extraordinary situations are called as crises and individuals face traumatic experience related to the crisis. Nowadays, the Coronavirus Outbreak (COVID-19) has been experienced. Although there have been epidemics in the world before, it is seen that human beings are caught unprepared for today's epidemic. It is seen that the COVID-19 Outbreak deeply affects all countries and people of all age groups. With this study, it has been tried to explain the difficulties, reactions experienced by adults during the epidemic due to COVID 19. In the study, it is aimed to reveal what the adults' reactions to the COVID-19 crisis are and can be. The study was conducted with document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. In the study, it is concluded that adults are especially adversely affected psychologically and have different reactions to the epidemic. Necessary recommendations are given to the adults, parents and researchers.
