Abstract
Today, the task of giving news and information of written and visual media carries crucial importance. There are certain rules for news programs to obey in order to get the news reach to the receiver directly and objectively. On the basis of this rules, the state channels broadcasting in Turkey and Germany were compared in this study. In this context, the main news bulletins of the state channels of TRT and ARD were compared in terms of language used, music, costumes etc.; it was focused on the requirements needed to become a newscaster in Turkish and German channels. It was aimed to determine what kind of news the societies are more interested in by comparing the two samples of main news bulletins of the both channels.
Abstract
Günümüzde yazılı ve görsel basının haber verme ve bilgilendirme olarak üstlendiği görev büyük önem taşımaktadır. Haberin alıcıya doğrudan ve nesnel bir şekilde ulaşması için haber programlarının uyması gereken belli kurallar vardır. Çalışmada bu kurallar esas alınarak Türkiye’deki ve Almanya'daki devlet kanalları karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda devlet kanalları olan TRT ve ARD’nin ana haber bültenleri gerek teknik konular, gerekse kullanılan dil, müzik, kıyafet vb. konularda karşılaştırılmış, Türk ve Alman kanallarında haber spikeri olmak için hangi koşullara sahip olmak gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Her iki kanalın örnek olarak alınan birer haber bülteni karşılaştırılarak toplumların ne tür haberlere daha çok ilgi gösterdikleri belirlenmeye çalışılarak bir sonuca varılmıştır.
