Abstract
Dünyanın en önemli dillerinden biri olan Fransız dilinin en temel özelliklerini incelemeyi amaçladığımız bu çalışmada, öncelikle Fransızcanın tarihsel ve sosyal yönüne değindik. Ardından, Fransızcaya özgü yapıları, verdiğimiz örnek tümceler aracılığıyla açıkladık. Fransız dilinin nasıl bir dil olduğunu merak edenlerin sorularına yanıt vermeyi amaçlayarak; bu dilin nasıl bir sesletim sistemine sahip olduğuna, sözdizimsel oluşumuna, sayıların nasıl söylendiğine, eylem ve ad yapısına, Fransızcada çok merak edilen adların/nesnelerin nasıl eril, dişil ve çoğul olduğuna, sıfatların, zarfların, adılların ve parçasal tanımlıkların tümcede kullanım kurallarına ve Fransızcanın bu dili öğrenenler açısından en zor yapılarından birine istek/dilek kipine değindik.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the French language which is one of the most important languages of
the World. In this study, we firstly touched on the historical and social aspects of French. Then, we
clarified specific structures of French through the sample phrases.We aimed also to respond to the
questions of those who wonder how the French language is : its phonetic and syntactic systeme, how it is
said numbers, how masculine and feminine are composed, and rules of composition of sentences with
plural, adjectives, adverbs , and pronouns structures and lastly subjunctive which is one the most difficult
structure.
