Abstract
Amerika’da Devlet Arşivciler Konseyi (The Council of State Archivists, CoSA), kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının elektronik belgelere erişiminin iyileştirilmesi kapsamında 2011 yılında Devlet Elektronik Belge Girişimi'ni (State Electronic Records Initiative, SERI) başlatmıştır.
