Abstract

One of the basic requirements of public institutions and organizations is the creation of a transparent, efficient and effective institutional structure where information and documents are easily accessible. The use of Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) programs has become widespread, along with e-Government projects and applications, which is one of the most important public reforms of our country, accelerated by the President's instructions for the realization of these goals.

Abstract

Kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının temel gereksinimlerinden biri, bilgi ve belgeye kolaylıkla ulaşılabilir, şeffaf, verimli ve etkin bir kurumsal yapının oluşturulmasıdır. Bu hedeflerin gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik olarak Cumhurbaşkanının talimatları ile hız kazandırılan, ülkemizin en önemli kamu reformlarından birisi olan e-Devlet projeleri ve uygulamaları ile birlikte Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sistemi (EBYS) programlarının kullanımı da yaygınlaşmıştır.
