Abstract
As part of the 100th Anniversary of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the "Role of Petitions in Improving the Quality of Legislation Workshop" was held on 12 February 2020. Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye Prof. Dr. The event, which started with the Opening Speeches by Mustafa ŞENTOP, Vice President Fuat OKTAY and Chairman of the Parliamentary Petition Commission Mihrimah Belma SATIR, was held simultaneously with the titles of "Information, Records and Transaction Requests", "Audit Requests on Notices and Complaints" and "Digital Transformation About Petitions" continued with three sessions.

Abstract
TBMM’nin 100. Yılı Etkinlikleri kapsamında 12 Şubat 2020 tarihinde “Yasama Kalitesinin Artırılmasında Dilekçe Hakkının Rolü Çalıştayı” düzenlendi. TBMM Tören Salonu’nda TBMM Başkanı Prof. Dr. Mustafa ŞENTOP, Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı Fuat OKTAY ve TBMM Dilekçe Komisyonu Başkanı Mihrimah Belma SATIR’ın yaptıkları Açış Konuşmaları ile başlayan etkinlik, “Bilgi, Belge ve İşlem Talepleri”, “İhbar ve Şikâyetler Üzerine Denetim Talepleri” ve “Dilekçe Hakkında Dijital Dönüşüm” başlıklarıyla eşzamanlı üç oturum ile devam etti.
