Abstract
TBMM'nin 100. yılı etkinlikleri kapsamında 2020 yılı Şubat ayında gerçekleştirilen "Yasama Kalitesinin Arttırılmasında Dilekçe Hakkının Rolü Çalıştayı" kitap haline getirildi. Dilekçe Hakkı Çalıştayı, dilekçe hakkının etkin kullanımı ve mükerrer başvurulardan kaynaklanan verimsizliğin ortadan kaldırılması için yasama, yürütme ve yargı organlarındaki yetkililerin bir araya gelmesi ve mevcut yapıların gözden geçirilerek geliştirilmesi amacıyla Meclisin açılışının 100. Yılı etkinlikleri kapsamında 12 Şubat 2020 tarihinde Ankara’da düzenlenmiştir.
Abstract
"The Role of the Right of Petition in Improving the Quality of Legislation Workshop", which was held in February 2020 as part of the activities of the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, was made into a book. The Right to Petition Workshop was held in Ankara on February 12, 2020, within the scope of the activities of the 100th Anniversary of the opening of the Assembly, in order to bring together the authorities in the legislative, executive and judicial organs and to review and develop the existing structures in order to effectively use the right to petition and to eliminate the inefficiency caused by repetitive applications.
