Abstract
Bilgi, düşüncelerin duygularla işlendiği bir sanat ürünü olarak varlık bulur dünyamızda, çağımızda; bu sanat ürününden mahrum kalmamak gerekir. Günümüzde dünya baş edebileceğinden daha fazla bilgiyle karşı karşıyadır. Bilgi yönetilemez ise ya da bilginin yönetilebilmesi için gerekli teknik altyapı sağlanamazsa ve yeterli bilgi yöneticisi yetiştirilemez ise dünya bilgi bolluğu içinde cehaletten boğulacaktır.

Information finds its existence in our world, in our age, as a product of art in which thoughts are processed with emotions; This art product should not be deprived. The world today is faced with more information than it can handle. If the information cannot be managed or the necessary technical infrastructure cannot be provided to manage the information and sufficient information managers cannot be trained, the world will be drowned in ignorance in the abundance of information.
