Abstract
Günümüzde kurumlar, yöneticiler ne zaman bilgi yönetiminden söz etseler, konu genellikle büyük veri ve analitiğin karşımıza çıkardığı zorluklara gelmektedir. Oysa bilginin varlığının ve içeriğinin meşrulaştırılması için bir takım kurallara ihtiyaç duyulur. Bu kurallar manzumesinin hayata geçirilmesi ile bilgi, belgeye işlenir. Belge en önemli bilgi varlıklarından bir tanesidir. Çağımızda bilgi ile birlikte belgelerin de nicelik olarak devasa boyutlara ulaştığı söylenebilir.

Abstract
Today, whenever organizations and managers talk about knowledge management, it often comes down to the challenges posed by big data and analytics. However, some rules are needed to legitimize the existence and content of knowledge. With the implementation of this set of rules, information is recorded in the records. Records is one of the most important information assets. It can be said that in our age, together with information, records have reached gigantic dimensions in terms of quantity.
