ÇİN ÖZEL ADLARININ KAZAK DİLİNE AKTARIMINDA SORUNLAR

Abstract

Ülkeler arasındaki kültürel ilişkilerin güçlenmesine etki eden faktörlerden biri diller arası iletişimdir. Bu durumda özel adların bir dilden diğerine doğru şekilde aktarılması ve işaretlenmesi sorunu önemlidir. Özel isimler sadece coğrafi isimlerle sınırlı olmayıp insan isimleri ve dünyaca ünlü kişilerin isimleri de bu grupta yer almaktadır. Bunları Kazak dilinin fonetik ve imla standartlarına uygun olarak yazmak günümüzün en acil sorunlarından biri hâline geliyor. Bunun temel sebeplerinden biri yabancı dillerdeki özel isimlerin Kazakçaya Rus dili üzerinden girmiş olmasıdır. Buna Çince özel isimler de eklenebilir. Bunun nedeni, Çince isimler ve yer adları, şirket ve kuruluş adları da dâhil olmak üzere yabancı dil adlarının hâlâ Rus Palladi transkripsiyon sistemi esas alınarak Kazak dilinde yazılmasıdır. Yabancı kelimeleri yazarken Rusçayı esas ve orijinal olarak alıp onlara mümkün olduğunca yakın bir şekilde işaretliyoruz. Bugüne kadar Çince onomastik isimlerin Kazak-Kiril alfabesiyle yazılmasına ilişkin ulusal standart benimsenmemiştir. Herkes kendi tarzında yazmaktadır. Ders kitaplarında Çince kişi adları ile Çince yer adlarının farklı, bilgi sitelerinde farklı ve akademik yayınlarda farklı olmasının nedeni budur. Ancak Palladi transkripsiyon sisteminin birçok dezavantajı vardır. Çince ve Rusça tamamen farklı iki dil olduğundan Çincedeki bazı sesler Rusçada bulunmaz. Bu nedenle Çince isimlerin transkripsiyonunda sesler tam ve doğru bir şekilde aktarılamamakta, seslerin birbiriyle örtüşmemesi nedeniyle aktarımında yanlış anlaşılmalar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kazak dilinin birçok sesi de Çin dilinin sesleriyle örtüştüğü için Rus dilindeki gibi pek fazla sorun yaşanmamaktadır. Ancak Kazak dilinin Çin hiyerogliflerinin transkripsiyon veya transliterasyonu, kişisel isimler ve tutarlı bir yazı standardı gibi belirli bir sistemi bulunmadığından basın, çevirmenler ve bilim adamları, Çinli bilim adamlarının Rus Palladi sistemiyle yazmak zorunda kalıyorlar. Bu makale, Çin Pinyin transkripsiyon sisteminin özelliklerini, Palladi transkripsiyon sisteminin avantajlarını ve dezavantajlarını ve Çince karakterler için Kazakça transkripsiyon sistemi oluşturmanın önemini tartışmaktadır. Ayrıca Palladi sistemi Çin fonetik alfabesi Pinyin ile karşılaştırılmış, seslerdeki farklılıklar analiz edilmiş ve Çince kişi adlarının yazıya geçirilmesinde Kazak dilinin sesleri Rus diline göre daha doğru aktarma yeteneğine sahip olduğu kanıtlanmıştır.

Problems in Transferring Chinese Proper Names to Kazakh Language

Abstract

One of the factors influencing the strengthening of cultural relations between countries is interlinguistic communication. In this case, the problem of proper transfer and marking of proper names from one language to another is important. Personal names are not limited to geographic names, this group also includes human names and names of world famous people. Writing them in accordance with the phonetic and orthographic standards of the Kazakh language is becoming one of the most pressing issues today. One of the main reasons for this is that the proper names of foreign languages have entered the Kazakh language through the Russian language. Chinese proper nouns can also be added to it. The reason is that foreign language names, including Chinese names and names of places, names of companies and organizations are still written in the Kazakh language on the basis of the Russian Palladium transcription system. When writing foreign words, we take the Russian language as the basis and as the original and mark them as close as possible to them. To this day, the national standard for writing Chinese onomastic names with Kazakh-Cyrillic script has not been adopted. Everyone writes in their own way. That is why Chinese personal names and Chinese place names are different in textbooks, different in information sites, and different in academic publications. However, the Palladium transcription system has many drawbacks. Since Chinese and Russian are two completely different languages, some sounds in Chinese are not found in Russian. Therefore, in the transcription of names in Chinese, the sounds are not accurately and accurately conveyed, and misunderstandings arise in their transmission due to the fact that the sounds do not correspond to each other. And many sounds of the Kazakh language coincide with the sounds of the Chinese language, so there are not many problems like in the Russian language. However, since the Kazakh language does not have a specific system of transcription or transliteration of Chinese hieroglyphs, personal names, and a consistent writing standard, the press, translators and scientists, Chinese scholars have to write with the Russian Palladium system. This paper discusses the features of the Chinese Pinyin transcription system, the advantages and disadvantages of the Palladium transcription system, and the importance of creating a Kazakh transcription system for Chinese characters. In addition, the Palladium system is compared with the Chinese phonetic alphabet Pinyin, the differences in sounds are analyzed, and it is proved that the Kazakh language has a greater ability to accurately convey the sounds than the Russian language in transcribing Chinese personal names.
