Klorin A ve B Türevlerinin Farklı pH'larda H2O2, t-BuOOH ve NaOCI Oksidantlarına Karşı Yapısal Kararlılığı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada feofitin a ve b, feoforbid a ve b ve klorofilid a ve b pH 1.00-14.00 aralığında oksidantsızve pH 8.00-14.00 aralığında H2O2, t-BuOOH ve NaOCl oksidantlarına karşı karanlıkta, oda sıcaklığındayapısal kararlılıkları incelenmiştir. İncelenen klorin kompleksleri, asidik ortamda (pH8.00) ise kararlı olduğu görülmektedir. Klorin komplekslerinin aynı koşullar altında, NaOCloksidantına göre HO2ve t-BuOOH oksidantlarında daha kararlı olduğu bulunmuştur. Feofitin a bütünoksidantlarda incelenen diğer molekülerden daha kararlı olduğu, H2O2ve t-BuOOH oksidantlarında feofitinb, NaOCl oksidantında ise klorofilid a’nın en kararsız olduğu görülmüştür. Feoforbid a ve b, feofitin a’yagöre kararsız olurken, klorofilid a ve b ve feoforbid b’ye göre daha kararlı olduğu bulunmuştur
