Alkol Kullanım Bozukluğu Olan Bireylerde Dürtüsellik, Yeme Tutumu ve Diğer Değişkenler ile İlişkisi: Kontrollü Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma, alkol kullanım bozukluğu olan ve alkol kullanımı olmayan bireylerde dürtüsellik, yeme tutumu arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.
Yöntem: Alkol kullanım bozukluğu olan ve alkol kullanımı olmayan katılımcıların yer aldığı kesitsel bir çalışma
olarak yürütülmüştür. Alkol kullanım bozukluğu tanısı alan katılımcılar NP İstanbul Beyin Hastanesi AMATEM
servisinde yatan hastalar ile anket çalışması yürütülmüştür (N=58). Katılımcılar Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Yeme Tutumu Testi, Barratt Dürtüsellik Ölçeği (BIS-11), Erişkin DEHB Ölçeği ile değerlendirilmiştir.
Bulgular: Alkol kullanım bozukluğu tanısı almış hasta grup (N=58) ve kontrol grubu (N=60) katılımcıları arasında erkek katılımcı sayısının daha yüksek olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışmanın erken erişkinlerle yapıldığı görülmektedir. Araştırma değişkenleri olan yeme tutumu, dürtüsellik ve DEHB boyutlarının hasta grup ve kontrol grupta karşılaştırmaları yapıldığında, yeme tutumu ve dürtüsellik boyutlarının alkol kullanım bozukluğu tanısı almış hasta grup katılımcılarda daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. DEHB boyutlarında ise yalnızca dikkat eksikliği alt boyutunun kontrol grubundan daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.
Sonuç: Bu çalışmada alkol kullanım bozukluğu olan hastalarda yeme tutumu, dürtüsellik puanları daha yüksek
bulunmuştur.
