Abstract

Pleurotus eryngii (DC.) Gillet MAKROFUNGUSUNDA FARKLI HİBRİD BİREYLERİN SPAWN SARMA SÜRELERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ,

Bu çalısmada, dogadan toplanan farklı P. eryngii sapkalarından elde edilen tek sporların çimlenmesi
ile olusan homokaryon misellerin hibridizasyonu sonucu ortaya çıkan dokuz farklı heterokaryon bireyin
spawn sarma süreleri tespit edilmeye çalısılmıstır. Çalısma sonucunda B2, D2 ve C1 hibrid strainlerine ait
spawn materyalinin ticari P. eryngii straininden (M 2600) daha hızlı sardıkları belirlenmistir.

DETERMINATION OF SPAWN RUN TIME OF VARIOUS HYBRIDS OBTAINED FROM Pleurotus eryngii (DC.) Gillet

In this study, spawn run times of nine heterokaryon mycelium obtained from hybridization of
different homokaryon mycelium belongs to wild P. eryngii fruit bodies were investigated. The results of the
present study allow us to conclude that B2, D2 and C1 strains faster than commercial P. eryngii strain (M
2600)
