The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between a new approach, warm-up with resistance band and dynamic type warm up styles with standing long jump, vertical jump, 10-meter sprint and change of direction performances. In this study 10 volunteers male football player with an average age of 15,6±0,51 years an average height of 173,6±9,15 and a body weight of 59,9±7,95 playing football licensed in Denizli Kaptanspor Football Club. Separate warm-up styles were applied to these 10 athletes participating in the study on three different days. Then, vertical jump, standing long jump, 10m sprint and 505 agility test measurements were made. Statistical analysis of the data obtained from the measurements was carried out using the SPSS v22 program. Kolmogorov Smirnov and Shapiro Wilk tests were applied for normality analysis, and Friedman Test was uses for analysis between groups since non-parametric conditions were observed. In addition, the Wilcoxon Test was used to find out which styles resulted from significant results. In the analysis of the research, no significance was observed except for the significant results obtained from the 505 agility test data. As a result, it was found that the resistance band warm-up style affected agility and direction change ability.
