The Independent Sample T test was used to compare the physical activity levels and optimal performance mood of the students according to the gender variable, and the One Way Anova-Test was used to compare the age, department and class variables. It was determined that there was a significant difference in the comparison of the flow state of Faculty of Sport Sciences students according to the department variable, and the difference was in favor of the coaching education department (p<0,05). It was determined that there was a significant difference in the comparison of the flow state of SBF students according to the grade variable, and the difference was in favor of the 4th grade students (p<0,05). It was determined that SBF students were in the very good activity group in the physical activity level classification. As a result, it was determined that the physical activity levels of the students were very good activity and their flow state was high.
