The aim of the study is to determine the effect of age on active and passive jumping in middle adolescent football players. In this study, mean age of 15.50±1.30 88 volunteer male athletes who play in various football infrastructure clubs with at least 2 years of athlete history in the 14-17 age range in the province of Konya participated. After giving detailed information to the participants and their families about the study, a voluntary participation form was obtained from all participants, together with their parents and their own signatures. Height, body weight, muscle and bone density, active and passive jump values of all athletes participating respectively in the study were measured before training. The analysis of the obtained data was made using SPSS 18 analysis program. After the descriptive statistics of the study group were made, Kolmogrov-Smirnov and Levene tests were performed to determine whether the distribution of the variables showed a normal distribution and whether the distribution was homogeneous. One Way Analysis of Variance (One Way ANOVA) was performed to determine the difference between groups in the data showing homogeneous distribution in the measured parameters. Kruskall Wallis test was used to determine the difference between groups in parameters that did not show homogeneous distribution. The Bonferroni test, one of the Post Hoc tests, was used to determine which groups caused the difference in the homogeneously distributed parameters. As a result of the study, it was determined that 16,17-year-old football players had more active jumping power than 14-year-olds, and 17-year-olds had more active jumping strength than 15 years old. In addition, it was determined that football players aged 16 and 17 had more passive jumping strength than those aged 15. As a result, it can be said that active and passive jumping in athletes increases regularly depending from 14 until 18 years of age.
