KRONİK HEPATİT C'Lİ HASTALARDA İMMÜNOLOJİK GÖSTERGELER

Abstract

Hepatit C enfeksiyonu seyrinde meydana gelen ekstrahepatik bulguların; dolaşan immun komplekslere bağlı olduğu bildirilmiştir. Bunun direkt sitopatik ya da sitotoksik T hücre aracılığı ile olabileceği belirtilmişse de ortaya çıkan doku hasarının mekanizması hakkında çok az şey bilinmektedir . Ortaya çıkan ekstrahepatik bulgulardan esansiyel miks kriyoglobulinemi (EMC), Porfiria kutana tarda (PCT), Membranoproliferatif glomerulonefrit (MPG) ile HCV arasında güçlü; Mooren korneal ülser, otoimmün troidit ile muhtemel; Sjögren sendromu, liken planus, idyopatik pulmoner fibrozis, idyopatik trombositopenik purpura, aplastik anemi, RF, diabetes mellitus, vaskülit ve astma ile zayıf bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract

Extrahepatic findings occurred in the course of hepatitis C infection; It was reported to be due to circulating immune complexes. It is reported to be through direct cytopathic or cytotoxic T cells is known very little about the mechanisms of tissue damage occurs. The resulting findings of extrahepatic essential mixed cryoglobulinemia (EMC), cutaneous porphyria tarda (PCT), membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPG) with strong between HCV; Mooren corneal ulcer, autoimmune likely to troidit; Sjögren's syndrome, lichen planus, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia, RF, diabetes mellitus, vasculitis, and was found to be a weak association with asthma.
