Allerjik Astımda Ev Tozu Akarı İmmünoterapisi Faydalı mıdır?

Abstract

Allerjen immünoterapisi mekanizması dolayısıyla, aslında allerjik hastalıkların gelişimine neden olan immünolojik mekanizmaları hedef alan bir tedavi seçeneğidir.  Bu tedavi ile tüm solunumsal allerjilerde klinik etkileri potansiyel olarak tedavi edilebilmektedir. Tedavi kesildiğinde dahi etkinliği devam etmekte olup tedavi allerjik hastalığın doğal gidişatını değiştirebilen tek tedavi seçeneğidir.
