Son İki Yılda Karaciğer Nakli Olmuş Hastalarda Depresyon Anksiyete ve Stres Seviyesinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Giriş ve Amaç: Paraneoplastik artrit bulguları birçok romatizmal hastalığı taklit edebilmektedir. RF ve anti-CCP vaka Araştırma son iki yıl içinde karaciğer nakli olmuş hastaların depresyon, anksiyete ve stres seviyelerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı türde olan çalışma, Haziran –Kasım 2021 tarihleri arasında 158 hasta ile tamamlandı. Verilerin analizi SPSS-25 programında ANOVA, post-hoc, pearson korelasyon analiz testleri kullanılarak yapıldı ve %95 güven aralığı %5 yanılma payı ve p<0,05 anlamlı kabul edildi.
Bulgular: Hastaların depresyon, anksiyete ve stres düzeylerinin düşük olduğu belirlendi. Kadınların, ilk-orta öğretim mezunlarının, düşük gelirli olanların, ev hanımlarının toplam DASS-21 ve depresyon, anksiyete ve stres puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu bulundu. Depresyon, anksiyete ve stresle baş etmede hiçbir şey yapmayanların sosyal medya kullananlara göre stres puanının fazla olduğu belirlendi.
Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, psikolojik semptomlar açısından riskli grupların belirlenmesi ve karaciğer nakli sonrası süreçte gerekli takip ve tedavilerin yapılması önerilebilir.

Determination of Depression Anxiety and Stress Level in Patients Who had Liver Transplant in the Last Two Years

Abstract

Objective: The study was conducted to determine the depression, anxiety and stress levels of patients who had liver transplants in the last two years. The descriptive study was completed with 158 patients between June and November 2021.
Materials and Methods: Data analysis was performed using ANOVA, post-hoc, and pearson correlation analysis tests in SPSS -25 program, and 95% confidence interval, 5% margin of error, and p<0.05 were considered significant. Results: It was determined that the depression, anxiety, and stress levels of the patients were low. It was found that women, primary and secondary school graduates, those with low income, and housewives had higher total DASS-21 and depression, anxiety and stress scores. It was determined that those who did nothing to cope with depression, anxiety and stress had a higher stress score than those who used social media.
Conclusion: It may be recommended to identify risky groups in terms of psychological symptoms and to carry out necessary follow-up and treatment in the post-liver transplant period.
