Osmanlı Devleti’nde Kadı ve Şer’i Mahkemeler[1][1] Bu çalışma 2014 yılında Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsüne sunulan ‘’1 Numaralı Sivrihisar Kadı Sicilinin 1-81.Sahifelerinin Transkripsiyon ve Tahlili’’ başlıklı yüksek lisans tezinden üretilmiştir.
In this study, the legal and administrative role of the qadi in the Ottoman Empire are examined. From the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, constituted an administrative system for the benefits of central management in the captured areas. The qadis have an important role in this occured system. When the qadi worked in the area of administrative work, he was achieving justice at the head of the court.With the help of these, in this study the role of qadi in the management system of the Ottoman state and the base of the Shariah Court will be discussed.
