A note on seiberg-witten monopole equations on R8

Abstract

Salamon’s generalizations of the Seiberg-Witten equations are meaningful on any even- dimensional manifolds. In this work we show that there are no nontrivial Solutions of these equations for any spin'-structures on R 8
