Abstract
In this paper, firstly some fundamental concepts are included relating to fuzzy topological spaces. Secondly, the fuzzy connected set is introduced. Finally, defining fuzzy contractible space, it is shown that X is a fuzzy contractible space if and only if X is fuzzy homotopic equivalent with a fuzzy single-point space
