Cappadocia Journal of Area Studies

CJAS is a peer-reviewed, scientific, academic journal published by Cappadocia University, Social and Strategic Studies Application and Research Centre.

Our journal is indexed by Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Index Copernicus, ERIH Plus, Scientific Indexing Services, Directory of Research Journals Indexing. OpenAIRE, BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine) and Google Scholar academic databases.

In accordance with the Law on Compilation of Reproduced Intellectual and Artistic Works (no. 6279), CJAS is archived by the Presidency of the National Library, the Directorate of Library and Archive Services of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Istanbul Beyazıt State Library, Izmir National Library Foundation Library, Istanbul University Library and Documentation Department and Ankara Adnan Ötüken Provincial Public Library.

CJAS is a member of Crossref. Published articles are assigned a DOI number by Crossref. CJAS archives all published material in Cappadocia University Institutional Academic Archive (KÜNASİS) and provides permanent URLs to articles through the Handle system. CJAS is included in the international ISSN organisation and ROAD databases. Open access copyright policies of our journal are listed in Sherpa/Romeo database.
