Son zamanlarda sentezi gerçekleştirilen ve bazı reaksiyonları incelenerek pek çok türevi elde edilen 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on (4) tipi bileşiklerin biyolojik aktiviteleri incelenerek antibakteriyal, antifungal, antituberkulastatik, antikanser ve anti-HIV etkileri bakımından önemli bileşikler oldukları belirtilmiştir [1-8]. Bu bakımdan önemli hale gelen 4 tipi bileşiklerin bu çalışmada yeni türevlerinin sentezi planlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, öncelikle karşın olan nitrillerden (1) başlanarak Pinner Metodu uyarınca iminoester hidroklorür (2) ler sentezlenmiştir (Denklem 1).
In
this study, the reactions of 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones with
3-acetoxybenzaldehyde were investigated and corresponding
3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(3-acetoxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were obtained. Synthesized compounds were
characterized by microanalysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR
spectra. Furthermore, UV spectrums of these compounds were investigated and λmax
and ε values were detected. Finally, synthesized new compounds were analyzed
for their in vitro antioxidant activities in three different methods (reducing
power, free radical scavenging and metal chelating activity).
