New Investigations at Pisidian Tymandos: Results of the Isparta Archaeological Survey
Abstract
The Isparta Archaeological Survey henceforth IAS is a newly founded long-term interdisciplinary research collaboration that began in the summer 2008, under the auspices of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Directorate General Antiquities and Museums1. The IAS focuses on the territory situated north of the modern city of Isparta in southwestern Turkey, an area loosely corresponding to northwestern Pisidia Fig. 1 .
