ON THE MATHEMATICAL THEORY OF TIDAL WAVE PROPAGATION

Abstract

The vertical structure of tbe tidal-wave-propagation is expressed in terms of the Solutions ta a second-order linear inhomogeneous differential equation, with variable coefficient. In tbe present paper, analytical expressions for tbese Solutions are obtained, for tbe first tiuıe, thıough tbe simulation of the İnhomogeneous term, responsible for exciting tbe observed tiues.
