Böcekler Neden Direnç Kazanıyor?

Abstract

İnsektisitler tarımsal mücadele de önemli bir yere sahip olsa da, zararlı böceklerde direnç gelişimi nedeniyle kullanılabilirlikleri sınırlandırılmıştır. İnsektisit uygulamalarında zararlı böceklerin hassasiyeti göz önünde bulundurulmalı ve direnç gelişimi ihtimali dikkate alınmalıdır. Direnç gelişimini önlemek için fitofag böceklerdeki direnç etki mekanizmaları aydınlatılmalı ve etkili direnç yönetimi programlarına başvurulmalıdır. Zararlı böceklerde popülasyon genetiğinin ve ekolojisinin iyi bilinmesi de direnç yönetimi programlarının etkili sonuç vermesi için son derece önemlidir

Why Insects are Gaining Resistance?

Abstract

Although insecticides have an important role in agricultural protection, it is limited availability due to development of resistance in pests. Susceptiblity of pests and possibility of resistance development and should be considered during the insecticide applications. Resistance mechanisms in phytophagous insects to prevent the development of resistance should be enlightened and should be appealed effective resistance management programmes. Pest populations genetics and ecology are also extremely important to get effective results of resistance management programmes
