The aim of this study is to establish the Turkish Lokomotif Sanayi A.Ş., which serves as the locomotive of the Turkish Heavy Industry. (TÜLOMSAŞ) 14 bench, 30 personnel and bogie workshop business process change engineering methods by using simulation models suitable for Hammer Champy model, to renew the processes, to utilize the technology more while renewing the processes and to produce much better quality products. To do this, six scenarios were developed by considering the constraints of the factory and all the business processes which were either feasible, but whose operation was uncertain, and models were created by using the computerized ARENA 9.0 Simulation program in this scenario. As a result of total 12 months of change engineering engineering applications, the scenario giving the closest result to the most applicable targets was selected and the annual bogie
amount was increased to 2164 with the scenario selected while the annual bogie
amount was 2029 before the change engineering application. With this study, the
change that will be realized with the change engineer applications in the railway
sector will be able to eliminate all the uncertainty states with the established simulation
models and to examine the business processes in detail.
