Sendikaya Bağlılık Üzerine Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract

Sendikaya bağlılık; çalışanların üyesi oldukları sendikaya yönelik tutum ve davranışlarını belirleyen duygu ve düşünceleri ifade eder. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de farklı işçi konfederasyonuna bağlı sendikalara üye işçilerin sendikaya bağlılıklarının araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya DİSK, Türk-İş ve Hak-İş'e bağlı metal, tekstil ve genel işler işkolunda örgütlenen dokuz sendikanın 1325 üyesi katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Sendikaya Bağlılık Ölçeği Gordon vd, 1980 kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin incelenmesi sonucunda üzerinde durulması gereken en önemli bulgu; işçilerin, sendikaya konfederasyonlara hem de işkoluna göre yapılan analizlerde ölçek ortalaması civarında seyrettiğinin gözlenmesidir. Bu bulgu, yüksek bir örgüte bağlılıktan söz etmenin mümkün olmadığını göstermektedir

A Field Research on The Union Commitment

Abstract

The concept of union commitment refers to the emotive and cognitive attitudes and behaviors of workers toward their unions. The main objective of this study is to examine the levels of union commitments of the union members in different labor union confederations in Turkey. The empirical research was undertaken on the research sample consisting of 1325 volunteered union members of three major labor unions confederations of Turkey, the Confederation of Progressive Unions DİSK , Confederation of Turkish Trade Union Türk-İş and Hak-İş Trade Union Confederation Hak-İş . As the methods of data collection in the empirical research part of this study is the Union Commitment Scale Gordon et al., 1980 . The most important finding of the research is that the workers scores on the union commitment as to their confederations and branch of work are near the average score of scale. The finding indicates the union commitment is not high-level
