General job security precautions that put reservations on the termination of indefinite job contracts by the employer seem to be the primary conern when the job security or protecting of the worker against the job contract termination is under debate. Nonetheless, in the the formerly established job security takes place special provisions on job termination. In this regard, the paper deals with the matter of “protection of the women workers against the termination of job contracts in their pregnancy or having a baby”.
