The data-processing tools, which have become an integral part of modern life, have a double vocation: Primarily it facilitates and improves the work within a company. Secondly it allows the control of the employee’s activity by the employer. But monitoring of the employees in the workplace has the capacity to prejudice the fundamental right to privacy held by employees. Therefore it becomes a legal necessity to achieve some sort of balance between employer’s and employee’s rights
