İş Tatmini, Pozitif/Negatif Duygulanım ve Yaşam Tatmininin Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ilk olarak iş tatmininin duygulanımsal kaynaklarından biri olan pozitif duygulanım ile negatif duygulanımın iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. İkinci olarak yaşam tatmini ve iş tatmini arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmiştir. Anket yöntemiyle verilerin toplandığı araştırmada Pozitif ve Negatif Duygulanım Ölçeği, Yaşam Tatmini Ölçeği ve İş Tatmini Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Havacılık şirketinde yapılan araştırmada negatif duygulanımın iş tatminini olumsuz etkilediği, yaşam tatmininin ise iş tatminini olumlu etkilediği bulunmuştur. Kuramsal ve metodolojik öneriler, iş tatmininin bireysel özelliklerle olan ilişkisi çerçevesinde araştırmanın sonunda tartışılmıştır

Job Satısfaction, Positive/Negative Affectivity and The Influence of Life Satisfaction

Abstract

This study firstly investigated the effect of positive and negative affectivity, which are one of the affectivity sources, on job satisfaction. Secondly, the relationship between life satisfaction and job satisfaction was analyzed. The data were collected by survey method using PANAS Scale, Life Satisfaction Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. In the research conducted on aviation company, it was found that negative affectivity has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and life satisfaction has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Theoretical and practical implications were further discussed under the theme of the dispositional sources of job satisfaction
